CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (OPERATING OFFICER)
The operating officer keeps a record of all reservations with the necessary information and dates/times to ensure flawless execution of every contract. Any subsequent modifications will be entered immediately in the reservation system.
CONTRACT CHECK
Every day the Senior Operating Officer will review the reservations and driving assignments booked for the following day. Final assignment of chauffeurs will be made according to the needs and expectations of the guests.
CONTROLLING
Every driving assignment will be discussed by the Operating Officer and the chauffeur in good time before the assignment begins. Upon completing the assignment the chauffeur will brief the Operating Officer about the entire trip. Dual monitoring of assignments – upon receipt and after execution – is standard practice at GLM.
