Mystery checks are conducted on average every two months by the CLA.
The purpose of these test drives is to observe the performance of the GLM Chauffeur Team and whether all quality standards are consistently upheld, also when serving supposedly "real" clients.
Chauffeur performance is evaluated based on a predefined checklist. This evaluation is therefore guided by objective quality-related criteria rather than subjective test passenger impressions.
